Pakistan Super League (PSL 2020):

PSL also Known as Pakistan Super League. This is the Cricket Event of Pakistan. In 2015 The Chair men of PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) Mr. Najam Saithi Was Founded this Event PSL in Lahore on 9 September. This Event Comes between Month of Feb And March. Pakistani people’s Really Enjoy this Event. Due To Security Reasons First 3 Additions was played out of Pakistan, First 3 Addtions was held on United Arab Emaraites. But In 2018 as 4th Addition of PSL 4 Matches was played in Pakistan.

Now In 5th Addition PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) Decided All Matches was Played in Pakistan. All Matches of PSL was played in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, And Rawalpindi, Stadiums in Pakistan.

From Starting of Pakistan Super League There are 5 Teams, But Now they Comprises 6 Teams.

Format&Rules of PSL:


This is the 20 Over Game Two Teams were play together. Many of National and International players played this Event. There are at Least 5 International Players in Each team squad.

The PSL is contend in an exceedingly double round-robin format. each team plays one another double and therefore the prime four advance to the Playoffs.

The league follows the foundations and laws determined by the International Cricket Council, though it introduced DRS system in T20s that was later emulated by International Cricket Council also. within the cluster stage, 2 points ar awarded for a win, one for a no-result and none for a loss. within the event of tied scores when each groups have long-faced their quota of overs, a brilliant over is employed to work out the match winner. within the cluster stage groups ar stratified on the subsequent criteria:

Higher range of points
If equal, higher run rate
If equal, highest range of wins
If equal, fewest losses
If still equal, the results of head to move meeting Rules of HBL PSL


In any play-off match within which there’s no result, a Super over is employed to work out the winner. If the super over isn’t attainable or the results of the over may be a tie, the team that finished within the highest league position at the tip of the regular season is deemed the winner of the match.
